淮南麻黄鸡亲代及选一代外貌性状基因纯合程度的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Homozygosity of Apparent Traits in Parent and Selected 1st Generation of Huainan Spotted-Brown Yellow Chickens

对淮南麻黄鸡8只公鸡与62只母鸡交配所得子一代进行外貌鉴定。结果表明,羽色基因纯合程度很低,杂色羽率高达33.63%。白耳率为8.33%。喙、脚色基因纯合程度较高,杂色喙率和杂色脚率分别只有3.57和2.38%。来自边远农村与来自近郊农村的亲本后代外貌性状分离比率差异不显著(P>0.05)。提纯选择的子一代自群繁育所得子二代,其杂色羽率、白耳率、杂色喙率和杂色脚率分别降低到25.25、0.00、2.97和1.98%。子一代和子二代的鸡冠形状均未出现分离现象,显示出这个性状基因纯合程度很高。

The appearance of 1st generation individuals from 62 hens mated with 8 cocks in HuainanSpotted-brown yellow chickens were identified. The results indicated that the homozygosity offeather color genes was very low and the rate of mix-color chickens was as high as 33. 63%,while the rate of white ear was 8. 33%. The homozygosity of beak and foot color was high andthe rates of mix-color beak and greyish-white foot were 3. 57% and 2.38%, respectively. Thedifference between segregation ratios of apparent traits of 1st generation offsprings of the parentsfrom the far suburb and near suburb was not significant (P>0.05). The rates of mix-colorfeather, white ear, mix-color beak and greyish-white foot chickens from 2nd generation which hadpropagated from self population of the pure 1st generation were reduced to 25.25%, 0. 00%,2. 17% and 1.98%, respectively. Either the coronal form or the ireses color of 1st and 2nd gen-erations were not segregate and all these indicated that the homozygosity of both traits were high.
