TNF配体家族的新成员——RANKL的研究进展

摘要
RANKL是最近发现的TNF配体家族成员,它在破骨细胞的形成、分化、激活和存活等各个阶段中都发挥着重要作用,是影响破骨细胞性骨疾病的关键性因子。表达于口腔环境中的RANKL对牙萌出、牙槽骨吸收和牙周病等的发生发展具有调控作用。
