摘要
作为常见的先天畸形,唇腭裂是大家公认的多基因易感性疾病,是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果。其发病机制至今仍未明确,而基因定位是目前唇腭裂研究的一个热点和难点。本文将对近年来唇腭裂的遗传学研究进展进行综述。
