摘要
目的:测定黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:本实验采用了三种方法——比色法、薄层扫描法和高效液相法。结果:比色法用香草醛—硫酸试剂为显色剂,该显色剂本身具有空白吸收,对分析样品有干扰,且 A 值随加热温度、时间及旋转时间均有变化;薄层扫描法操作较繁,且显色后不宜长时间放置。结论:HPLC 法操作简单,干扰小,重现性好。
Objective:The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Astrgalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge.powder for injection.Method:It was determined by three methods—photoelectric colorime- try,TLCS and HPLC in this experiment.Conclusion:Canillin—H_2SO_4 was used as visualizing a- gent when by the first method,this visualizing agent affected the result for its absorbance;the A value was unstable with the temperature and time.it was very tedious when used TLCS,HPLC, Astragaloside Ⅳ,Content determination.
