Discussion of Decocting Process of Paste for Label on Vials for Injection

为了探讨制备贴瓶糨糊的最佳工艺,我们采用了药用糊精和麦芽糊精两种方法制备贴瓶签使用的糨糊。结果是麦芽糊精按一定的工艺熬制后,其黏度远远好于药用糊精,贴票合格率为100%,而药用糊精熬制后得到的糨糊黏度不好,其贴票合格率仅为85%。结论是麦芽糊精熬制的糨糊优于药用糊精。

To get a best process for producing paste used to glue labels on vials for injection, we have two kind of materials to choose from:dextrin for drug(药用糊精)and malt-dextrin(麦芽 糊精).We test with different proportion to produce paste from each of the two materials,the re- sult is that the ratio up to grade for gluing labels on vials are 100 percent using the paste produc- ing from malt-dextrin method,but that with dextrin for drug are only 85 prercent.So our conclu- sion is that paste decoeting from malt-dextrin is better than that of dextrin for drug.
