摘要
本文以5个品质性状差异较大的小麦品种(系)作为材料,研究了蛋白质含量、SDS沉淀值和Pelshenke值在籽粒灌浆成熟期和贮藏期的动态变化。还研究了低温(0—4℃)贮藏对SDS沉淀值和Pelshenke值这两项品质指标变化的影响。通过差异显著性测验和相关分析,提出了各性状的“最佳鉴定期”和在收获前进行品质鉴定、选择的可能性。
The studies on the dynamic variations of protein content ,SDS Sedimentation value and Pelshenke index during ripeness and storage were carried out by using five wheat cultivars or lines of different quality characters. In addition,the effects of the storage under low temperature(0—4CD(?))on the variations of SDS Sedimentaion value and Pelshenke index were studied. 'Best Evaluating Stage' of various quality characters and possibility of prehar-vest evaluation and selection of wheat quality were investigated by correlation analysis and significance test of difference.
