强脊清解汤治疗强直性脊柱炎(活动期)35例临床观察

Clinical observation on 35 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis at Active Stage Treated by Qiangji Qingjie Decoction

目的:观察总结强脊清解汤治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)活动期的临床疗效。方法:选择强直性脊柱炎活动期患者69例,随机分为强脊清解汤治疗组(35例),湿热痹冲剂对照组(34例)1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组控显率与总有效率分别为62.86％,88.57％;对照组的控显率与总有效率分别为32.35％,67.65％,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),控显率与总有效率治疗组均优于对照组。结论:强脊清解汤具有改善AS临床症状与体征的作用,并具有明显的降低血沉、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等实验室指标的作用,具有一定的阻止AS病情发展及保护和改善脊柱关节功能的作用,疗效较确切。

Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of Qiangji Qingjie Decoction on ankylosing spondylitis (AS) at active stage. Methods: 69 cases of AS at active stage were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 35) treated with Qiangji Qingjie Decoction , and the control group (n = 34) treated with Shirebi Powder. Therapeutic effects were investigated after 3 consecutive therapeutic courses. Results: The controlling and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 62. 86%, 88. 57% in the treatment group, and 32. 35%. 67. 65% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.01). Results: Qiangji Qingjie Decoction could improve symptoms and signs of AS and significantly deceased blood sedimentation and C-reaction protein. and could arrest development of AS condition and improve functions of spinal joints.
