摘要
淮南麻黄鸡原始群10只公鸡与75只母鸡交配所得子一代杂色羽率33.25%,白耳率7.27%,杂色喙率和杂色脚率分别只有3.64%和4.15%。表明原始群羽色基因纯合程度很低,耳色基因纯合程度较低,而喙、脚色基因纯合程度较高。经提纯选择后得予二、三代上述四个外貌性状分离比率分别降低到24.05%、0、2.75%、3.09%和17.25%、0、1.92%、2.24%。
The ratio of variegated feather in the offspring population deriving from the primary population coition 10 cocks with 75 hens in Huainan Spotted—Brown Yellow Fowl was 33. 25%,the ratio of white ears was 7. 27% ,and the ratios of variegated beak and crura were 3. 64% and 4.15% (respectively. These results showed that the degrees of the homozygous gene of feather and ears colour in the primary population were lower, but those of beak and crura colour were higher. By purification and selectios, the ration of above external traits i. e. variegated feather, white ears , variegated beak and variegated crura in second filial generation had decreased to 24. 4,0,2.75 and 3.09%, respectively.and to 17.25,0,1.92 and 2.24% in third filial generation.
