摘要
论文针对我国近代历史滨水区旅游开发的趋势,通过对烟台近代历史滨海区现状的分析,得出历史滨海景区在城市旅游开发中的定位,结合历史滨海景区的设计实践,从功能开发的角度研究了城市更新设计的总体构思。
Analyzing the trend of domestic development of modern his-torical waterfronts and the present situation of modern historical sea-front in Yantai, this paper tries to find out the orientation of historicalseafront scenic spot in city. From the angle of tourism functiondevelopment, it makes a study on an overall planning of urban renewalby a practical design for historical seafront scenic spot.
