食道贲门癌术后胸内食管胃吻合口瘘的分析及护理

目的 :探讨食道贲门癌术后胸内食管胃吻合口瘘的护理。方法 :分析吻合口瘘的发生与护理相关的因素 ,并针对性地密切观察病情 ,保持有效胃肠减压 ,加强营养护理 ,切实落实各项护理措施预防感染。结果 :降低了病人的死亡率 ,提高了病人的生存质量。结论 :认真分析吻合口瘘的发生与护理相关的因素 ,针对这些因素制定确实可行的护理措施 ,对预防和降低吻合口瘘有很重要的作用。

Objective To study the nursing care measure of the Intrathoracic anastomotic leakage following resection of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma.Method To investigate the correlation factor of anastomotic leakage, observe the state of an illness nearly, holding the decompression of the alimentary canal effectively, the nutrition care and various measurement to prevent infection were adopted.Results The mortality was depress and the quality of life was enhance in those patients.Conclusion To analysis the factor of anastomotic leakage earnestly and establish the correlation project of care would be a very importance way to prevent and reduce the ratio of anastomotic leakage.
