目的 :急诊科护士应用相应的压力研究的知识 ,可以缓解自己的工作压力 ,维持满意的护理服务质量。方法 :个人应对策略和组织部门的支持 ,两方面相辅相成 ,相互配合。结果 :通过压力应对策略可以有效地应对急诊科护士的工作压力。结论 :急诊科护士特殊的工作环境决定了特殊的工作压力 ,通过应用压力应对策略 ,缓解护士的工作疲惫感 ,减轻护士的工作压力 ,提高护理服务质量。
