氢氧化钙根管内封药的临床分析

摘要 [目的 ]观察氢氧化钙在根管内封药的临床疗效。 [方法 ]选择 1 74颗慢性根尖周炎的患牙 ,随机分成两组 ,根管治疗过程分别采用氢氧化钙甘油糊剂和甲醛甲酚根管内封药 ,对疗效结果进行比较。 [结果 ]两组的疗效差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,氢氧化钙组 79.7% 1次封药后就可根管充填 ,FC组为 4 4.7% ,氢氧化钙组治疗期间未产生疼痛 ,FC组则有 8.3%产生疼痛。平均封药次数氢氧化钙组为 1 .38次 ,FC组为 1 .76次。 [结论 ]氢氧化钙根管内封药对于病程长 ,长期渗出疼痛 。 Objective]To evaluate and compare the efficacy of calcium hydroxide or formocresol as an intracanal medicament in root canal therapy of periapical periodontitis teeth. [Methods]A randomized study of intracnanal placement of calcium hydroxide paste as a therapy for teeth with periapical periodontitis was performed 174 teeth with periapical periodontitis were randomly allocated to either theformocresol group (F) or the calcium hydroxide group (C) .After the root canals were hand-intrumented,they were given intracanal placement of calcium hydroxide-glycerin paste by using spiral filler or formocresol by using absorbent paper points,replaced the intracanal medicament or filled the root canal if signs and symptoms were disappeared after a 1-week period.The effects and microbiologic test performance were investigated.[Results]Statistically siginificcant differences between calcium hydroxide and formocresol was found. Sixty seven point seven percen(71/89) of teeth treated with calcium hydroxide and foty percent (38/85) treated with formocresol were obturated at the second visit(chi-squaretest P <0.01).Incidence of post-operative pain after using formocresol was eight point three percent (7/85),post-operative pain were absent in group(C) ( P <0.05).A significant correlation between microbiologic test performance and clinical efficacy was observed.[Conclusion]This investigation confirms that calcium hydroxide paste is superior to formocresol as an intracanal medicament in root cannal therapy of periapical periodontitis teeth.
