[目的 ]比较根管预备 3种方法的优缺点并且进行叠加应用 ,观察其对根管治疗术适填率的影响。[方法 ]对 1 0名老年人口腔内的 1 5颗双尖牙进行根管预备 3种方法的叠加应用。 [结果 ]根管预备 3种方法的叠加应用使根管治疗术的适填率达 93.3%。[结论 ]根管预备 3种方法的叠加应用使根管治疗术的适填率得到进一步提高 ,保存了牙根 。

Objective] To apply three methods in compound basis and evaluate their affect on perfect filling rate in root canal therapy. [Method] Compound utilizing of three methods was applied to 15 pieces of teeth in 10 veteran patients. [Result] The perfect filling rate in root canal therapy achieves at 93.3% through compound utilizing of three methods. [Conclusion] The compound utilization of three methods can dramatically improve perfect filling rate in root canal therapy.
