摘要 磁共振弥散加权成像 (DWI)反映了水分子的微观弥散运动 ,是从细胞及分子水平来进行疾病研究的新技术 ;其成像原理及影响因素较复杂。对b值 (即弥散敏感因子 )、表观弥散系数 (ADC)、各向异性、T2 穿透效应及伪影等影响因素分别加以阐述 。 MR diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) reflects the microscopic Brownian motion of water molecules. It is a new technology for disease research from the cellular and molecular level. And the imaging principles and influencing factors are complex. The authors discussed the influencing factors such as b values, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC),anisotropy,T2 shine-through effect and artifacts, which is helpful for understanding of DWI signal.
