依据现有锅炉液位测试的现状 ,设计出了一种数字式锅炉液位传感器。该传感器是用单片机及其相关硬件来实现的 ,利用单片机的并口测量液位数据、串口与上位机进行通讯。经现场几个月的运行 ,表明该设计合理、可行。本文介绍了锅炉液位传感器原理 。

According to the present state of the measure of the liquid level in boilers designed this intelligent sensor using 89C51 microcontroller and other logic circuits. The signal of liquid level transfer into data and send this data to other computer system through serial interface. It is proved this sensor is available and useful after mouths into use. Here are the principles of the sensor, the graphic of the hardware and the procedure the software.
