摘要
地下室现浇墙体(剪力墙)施工中,极易发生墙面垂直度偏差大、胀模、墙板下部"烂根"和墙面出现蜂窝麻面等质量问题。如何解决此类质量问题,成为地下室墙体施工控制的重点。本文采用大板支撑体系及对拉螺栓加固等方法,并严格控制施工工艺,基本消除了胀模、烂根等质量问题。
In the construction of cast-in-place walls (shear wall) of a basement,some problems in quality occur easily,such as greatness of the vertical deviation of a wall surface,mould expanding,the rotting in the lower part of a wall and pits on a wall surface,etc.How to solve this kind of problems becomes the main point in the wall construction of a basement.The supporting system of a big board and the binding bolt are used to strictly control the construction technology so that the problems mentioned above are basically solved.
