For insuring the safely running of axial compressors,an independent monitoring and control system is designed which is composed of a programmable logic controller,an intelligent controller,regulative valve and measuring instruments.This paper introduces the surgue proof control system and the method of realizing the regulating system of the fixed wind pressur-static blade series connection of axial compressors.
