摘要
21世纪的外语专业教学应着力培养具有前瞻性、创造性的复合型外语人才,这已成为人们的共识。许多外语院校(系)进行了大胆的探索和尝试并且取得了一定的成绩,但在复合型外语人才培养模式理论与实践的研究上似乎还不够充分、深入。笔者从理论的层面入手探讨了以下三个问题:(1)复合型外语人才培养的内涵与基本理论问题;(2)复合型外语人才培养的社会与科学发展意义;(3)复合型外语人才培养必须尊重人才成长、培养的规律和特点。
It is a common understanding that the 21th-century foreign language teaching ought to lay stress on training cross-disciplinary foreign language personnel with foresight and creativity. Some institutes and departments of foreign languages have made some useful experiments in this aspect, but they still need sufficient and further research on the theory and practice of educational pattern of foreign language personnel. The present paper offers some theoretical views on the following respects: (a)the connotation and basic theoretical problems of training cross-disciplinary flp; (b)the social and scientific significance of training flp; (c)the developing and training orderliness and characteristic of cross-disciplinary flp.
