摘要
1991年12月至1992年4月我们在安徽省淮南市潘集区进行了人群类风湿性关节炎的流行病学调查。调查人数204 345人,普查率87.3%,类风湿性关节炎患者108人,患病率52.85/10万,按中国人口标化,标化率为43.8/10万。以220～60岁为本病好发年龄,并且女性患病率明显高于男性;但20岁以下和60岁以上两性别间无显著差别。
This paper represented the survey of the prevalence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) among 204 345 people in Panji District from Dec. 1991 to April 1992. One hundred and nineteen cases with RA were identified in the study, the morbidity rate was 52.85 per 100000 people, but the adjusted rate was 43.8 per 100000 people taking Chinese population as the standard. The prevalince of RA was highest in 20～60 age group among age groups and more in the females. There was no significant difference in the morbidity between man and woman in the group under 20 and above 60 years old.
