成人急性白血病不同病程中血清蛋白质水平的变化

Alterations of Serum Proteins in Adult Acute Leukemic Patients with Different Stages

观察了60例急性白血病和46例健康成人血清中蛋白总量、清蛋白、α_1、α_2、β、γ球蛋白、IgA、IgG及IgM水平(g·L^(-1))。未治疗组(UT)、治疗未缓解组(UR)和部分缓解组(PR)的α_2球蛋白含量分别为4.41±1.55、4.21±1.84和3.93±1.29,明显高于健康成人(3.25±0.77),而完全缓解组则较低(2.24±1.01),提示α_2球蛋白水平变化与治疗效果有关。免疫球蛋白中IgM和IgA水平无什变化,UT、UR和PR组IgG分别为20.72±10.86、20.19±6.23和22.92±9.45,明显高于健康组(14.79±6.58),而CR组(13.11±5.61)与健康组接近,提示急性白血病有体液免疫增强现象。

We studied serum total protein, albumin, α_1, α_2, β, γ globulin and immunoglobulin (IgA、IgG、IgM) concentrations (g·L^(-1)) in 60 adult acute leukemic patients and 46 normal persons. The globulin in untreated, treated but unremitled and partial remitled patients was 4.41±1.55, 4.21±1.84, 3.93±1.29 respectively, significantly higher than control group (3.25±0.77), but the complete recovery group (2.24±1.00) was lower than control group. Serum IgG concentration in UT, UR and PR was significantly higher than control group, and the complete recovery patient group was mildly lower. It is suggested that the humoral immunity in adult acute leukemic patients seemes to be enhanced.
