量子输血疗法对肺心病呼吸衰竭综合治疗的辅助增强效果

Adjuvant and Enhancement Effect of Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation Treatment on the Synthetic Therapeutics of Cor Pulmonale and Respiratory Failure

21例肺心病、呼吸衰竭病人,经用抗生素、支气管扩张药、吸O_2和强心、利尿剂等常规治疗效果不佳时,加用量子输血疗法后,心肺功能、血气分析指标等均得到明显改善,其中P_(co_2)由9.157±2.336kPa降为6.062±1.524kPa(P<0.001),P_(o_2)由4.4±1.312kPa升至6.829±1.641kPa(P<0.001)O_2ct和O_2ct亦有提高(P值均<0.001)。该法在肺心病、心肺功能不全的综合治疗中发挥出明显的辅助、增强效果。

Twenty-one patients with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure were routinely treated by the antibiotics, bronchodilators, O_2inspiration, cardiacs and eliureties etc. When fail to respond to medicine treatment, ultraviolet blood irradiation treatment was added. Since then, heart and lung functions, blood gas analysis and other parameters of these patients were shown to be improved, such as P_(co)_2 reduced from 9.157±2.336 to 6.062±1.524 kPa (P<0.001 ),Po_2 increased from 4.4±1.312 to 6.829±1.64 kPa (P<0.001), O_2sat and O_2ct also elevated (P<0.001). This treatment helps and enhances the synthetic therapeutic effect on cor pulmonale and respiratory failure.
