小儿急性肺炎时血浆纤维结合蛋白的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Plasma Fibronectin in Children with Acute Pneumonia

本文测定了54例小儿急性肺炎血浆纤维结合蛋白(PFN)的变化,结果显示PFN含量在急性期明显降低,且与病情有关,轻型肺炎与重型肺炎相比差异有非常显著性。恢复期PFN含量回升,与急性期相比差异也有非常显著性而与对照组相比差异则无显著性。结果表明PFN含量的测定对小儿急性肺炎的病情演变、预后判定和治疗指导均有一定的参考价值。

The changes of plasma fibronectin (PFN) in 54 children with acute pneumomia were determined. The results suggested that the levels of PFN were significant reduced in acute stage and returned to normal in convalescence. There was significant difference between the mild and the severe pneumonia (P<0.01), also between the acute stage and the resume stage (P<0.01). This study indicates that the PFN determination may provide a reference basis for judging the patient's condition and evaluating the prognosis and guiding the treatment of children with acute pneumonia.
