摘要
按2∶1条件配对法对合肥市128名智力正常的儿童和64名病因不明的智力低下(MR)儿童作智商(IQ)和全血及头发微量元素测定。结果显示:智力正常组中血铬(Cr)、钙(Ca)、血清铁蛋白(SF)及发铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)和锰(Mn)显著高于MR组。MR组中血铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、硒(se)和发Pb显著高于智力正常组。多元逐步回归分析智力正常组中血Pb、Ca和Zn对智力的影响最大。
We chose 128 mentally normal children and 64 mentally retarded children of unknown origin in Hefei by two to one condition pair method. Intelligence quotient of them and trace elements in blood and hair were measured. The results showed that the levels of Cr, Ca, SF in blood and Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn in hair in the group of normal mentality were all higher than those in the group of mental retardation. Pb, Cu, Se in blood and Pb in hair in the group of mental retardation were all higher than those in the group of normal mentality, Pb, Ca, Zn in the blood were closely related with the intelligence quotient of children in the normal mentality by multiple gradual regrssive analysis.
