家兔胆管系统及胆总管末端与十二指肠连接处的神经组织化学观察 被引量:3

摘要 采用神经组织化学方法,对家兔胆管系统的胆碱能神经及肾上腺素能神经的分布进行了观察。在胆囊颈、管与肝管结合处,见少量乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)阳性神经束,它入外膜后,逐级形成相互连接的外膜下、肌间、粘膜下及粘膜等神经丛。在胆总管与十二指肠连接处,发现AChE阳性神经节和少数散在的神经细胞。肾上腺素能神经与AChE阳性神经节共同构成血管周围丛。肾上腺素能神经主要布于肌层,未见肾上腺素能神经元。 Using the neurohistochemical and silver impregnation methods, the distributions of the autonomic innervation of the biliary pathways and choledocho-duodenal junction of the rabbit were studied. The AchE positive nerve bundles entered the wall of the choledocho-duodenal junction mainly with the vessels, divided and rejoined to from plexuses, such as the interadventitial, the intramuscular, the submucosal, the mucosal, and the perivascular. The adrenergic nerves were found to be associated with few Ache positive ganglia. The cystic artery and its branches were richly supplied with adrenergic fibers, while in the vein only a few several AchE positive ganglia were encountered in the wall of the choledocho-duodenal junction. Small intense fluorescent cells and adrenergic neurons were not seen.
