家兔膀胱的胆碱能神经与肾上腺素能神经—神经组织化学研究

摘要 采用神经组织化学方法,对家兔膀胱的胆碱能神经及肾上腺素能神经分布进行了观察。乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)阳性纤维的分布范围远较肾上腺素能纤维为广,可见于膀胱各层;而肾上腺素能纤维仅见于输尿管入口处,近尿道内口处及血管周围。膀胱壁旁及壁内均见有AChE阳性的单个神经元和神经节。未发现小强荧光细胞及肾上腺素能神经元。 Using the neurohistochemical and silver impregnation techniques, the autonomic innervation of the rabbit urinary bladder was studied. The AchE positive nerve bundles entered the bladder mainly with the vessels, divided and rejoined to form plexuses. The rich AchE positive nerve fibers were demonstrated in the bladder wall. Few adrenergic nerve fibers were only found in ureter-vesical junction and near the internal orifice of urethra. Several AchE positive ganglia were encountered in the bladder wall or near the bladder. The neurons of ganglia could be divided into tow types: multiangular and elliptic. Small intense fluorescent cells and adrenergic neurons were not seen. The physiologic and pharmacologic functions and the difference of innervation of the two kinds of autonomic nerves in urinary bladder were discussed.
