摘要
采用合剂(SOD+GSH+NADPH)对兔外伤性白内障进行实验性治疗,观察列治疗眼较未治疗对照眼晶体混浊程度明显减轻,在对照组白内障成熟时,测定的晶体GSH-px活性和MDA含量与对照组比较,前者活性显著增高(P<0.01),后者含量明显下降(P<0.01),表明合剂有较好的抗自由基和脂质过氧化作用,对兔外伤性白内障有明显疗效。本文还初步探讨了影响抗氧化剂作用的因素。
Combined anti-oxidation medicine (SOD+GSH+NADPH) was used to treat traumatic cataract of rabbit lens. It was observed that the opacity of the lens in treated eyes were markedly lessened as compared with that control eyes. MDA and GSH-px were assayed on 21d after perforation. The resuits showed that the level of MDA in the lens of treated eyes was decreased significantly as compared with control (P<0.01), while the activity of GSH-px much higher (P<0.01).
The above results demonstrated that the combined medicine has a good therapeutic effect to the traumatic cataract of rabbit lens through its function of anti-peroxidation.
The paper also discussed some related aspects of anti-oxidation medicine.
