摘要
目的 :探讨咽康片的抗病毒作用。方法 :采用微量细胞培养法进行抗病毒疗效和病毒滴定。结果 :咽康对呼吸道合胞病毒的最小治疗浓度为 4 .0 6μl/ml(30 .4 7μg/ml) ,咽康对呼吸道合胞病毒的治疗指数 (therapy index,TI)等于 16。经最小有效剂量咽康作用后 ,呼吸道合胞病毒的滴度 0 .1m l/10 3.5TCID50 下降为 0 .1m l/10 1 .3TCID50 。结论 :咽康在体外对呼吸道合胞病毒有一定的治疗作用。
Objectives:to search a effective traditional Chinese medicine for viruses infection of respiratory tract.Methods:Micro-well cell cultures was adopted to observe antiviral activity and titer the virus.Res ults:The minimal concentration of Yankang was 30.47μg/ml,the titer of respirat ory cyncytial virus (RSV) declined from 10 3.5 TCID 50 /0.1ml to 10 3.5 TCID 50 /0.1ml after treated by minimal concentration,the therapy i ndex was 16.conclusion:It is effective for RSV in vitro.
