摘要
在网络学习环境中由于师生时空分离而导致的情感交流缺失一直是困扰广大教育工作者的一个难题,需要特别加强与完善网络学习环境中的情感交流。本文在查阅分析大量国内外资料的基础上,探讨了情感交流缺失产生的原因,并对如何促进网络学习环境中的情感交流给出了一些建议。
In the network learning environment, a separation of individuals by time and space has led to a lack of emotional exchange that has troubled distance educators for a long time. Emotional exchange is in great need of strengthening and improving in the network environment. This paper reviews the research literature in China and abroad and examines the reasons for such a lack of emotional exchange. According to the literature, the reasons might be: a lack of the dimension of 'emotion' in the 'e-learning' concept; the characteristic of 'virtuality' in the network environment; the characteristics of e-learners; the difficulties of incorporating the element of 'emotion' into the instructional design; and the defects in e-learning practices. Lastly, this paper puts forward a number of recommendations for promoting emotional exchange in a network learning environment: the integration of humanistic science education ideas into the e-learning process; the design of contextualized e-courses; an increase of student participation at the emotional level; the introduction of exploratory, discovery and collaborative learning; the integration of virtual teaching and practical teaching; the strengthening of online guidance in promoting psychological health in online learning; the improvement of the learning support service system in order to provide timely and effective assistance; the development and improvement of network technology; and the construction of an e-learning campus culture.
