提出了一种利用计算机视频处理枝术来管理车站道口交通的新方法,井给出了具体的系统构成方案和相应的算法序列。利用该方法,不但可以有效的避免安装各种传感器所带来的限制,而且有较好的灵活性,可以适用于各种复杂的铁路交通管理工作。

This article has suggested a new method to use computer vision screen processing technology to control level crossing in station and puts forward the detailed system of structure plan and correspondent counting series. By using this method, it is not only effectively to avoiding constrains of installing various sensors but also has a better flexibility. It can be applied to various and complicated railway traffic management.
