摘要
制造出符合特殊产品要求的洗净用水及排放符合国家工业废水排放标准的工业废水对企业来说同等重要,缺一不可。本文根据LCD行业生产过程中洗净用水的特殊要求,探讨相关符合产品生产过程所需要的高纯度纯水的制造方法;同时根据国家相关工业废水排放标准,结合行业工业废水排放的特点,讨论废水处理的相关工艺技术及方法,旨在保证行业工业废水的排放达到国家工业废水排放要求,保护宝贵的水资源。
It is the same important for the enterprise to make cleaning water as the product to meet the specialrequirements and be in accordance with the state waste-water drainage standards for industrial waste-water,none of which is negligible. This paper has discussed the manufacturing method of high purity water needed forthe related qualified products according to the production process in LCD industry, and at the same time, it hasalso discussed about the related technology and methods for waste water treatment according to the state rel-evant industrial waste water drainage standards in combination with the characteristics of industrial wastewater drainage, the purpose of which is to guarantee the industrial waste water drainage up to the state standardrequirements and protect precious water resources.
