孕期尖锐湿疣159例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 159 cases with condyloma acllimatum

目的 分析妊娠期尖锐湿疣 (CA)的发生及发展 ,以便探索安全有效的治疗方法。方法 根据患者意愿 ,分为终止妊娠组 (A组 )与继续妊娠组 (B组 ) ,分析两组的病程 ,疣体分布及治疗复发情况。结果 A组疗程较B组短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CO2 激光治疗妊娠期CA简单 ,安全有效 ,妊娠期CA不是剖宫产的指征。

Objective To analyze the occurrence and development of gravid condyloma accuminatum(CA),in order to investigate the safe and effective therapy of the disease.Methods According to patients' personal desires,they are divided into two groups:the ceased pregnancy group(group A)and the continued pregnancy proup(group B),then the disease course,distribution of CA and reoccurrence in the two groups were analyzed.Results The disease course of group A was shorter than that of group B (P <0.05).Conclusion Laser treatment is a simple effective and safe method to treat gravid CA patients.Gravidity is not an indication for cesarean section.
