人胎胃粘膜内NOS阳性细胞的组织化学观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨人胎胃粘膜内NOS阳性细胞表达的规律。方法 用NADPH d组织化学法对人胎胃粘膜内NOS阳性细胞的表达进行观察。结果 第 4个月龄时 ,胃粘膜内可见到少量的上皮样NOS阳性细胞 ,细胞体较小 ,呈圆形或椭圆形 ,胞质呈NOS阳性反应。随着胎龄的增加 ,NOS阳性细胞体增大 ,数目增多 ,NOS染色反应逐渐增强 ,至第 8个月龄时达到阳性表达的高峰。第 9~ 10月龄时 ,NOS阳性细胞数目进一步增多 ,几乎占据固有层全层。结论 胚胎发育时期 ,胃粘膜的发育需要NO的调节和修饰 ;NOS阳性细胞与胃腺的发育可能有较密切的关系。 Objective To explore the rules of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive cell expression in the gastric mucous of human fetus. Methods Expression of NOS positive cells in the gastric mucous of human fetus was observed by using histochemical medthod of MADPH-diaphorase. Results At the fourth month of gestation, a few small epithelioid NOS positive cells were found in the gastric mucous, which showed round or oval in shape. NOS positive reaction appeared in the cytoplasm. With the increase of fetal age , the NOS positive cells became bigger and the numbers increased.In addition, the positive reaction of NOS increased gradually and reached its peak in the eighth month. In the ninth to tenth month, the numbers of NOS positive cells further increased and nearly covered the whole mucous layers. Conclusion During the fetal development, the regulation and decoration of NO are needed for the development of gastric mucous; NOS positive cells may be closely related to the development of the gastric gland.
