Diagnostic Significance of Color Doppler Ultrasound in nut cracker syndrome

目的 探讨二维彩色多普勒超声检查对胡桃夹现象的作用和价值。方法 利用二维彩色多普勒血流显像对 36例胡桃夹现象患者进行检查 ,并对其声像图特点进行总结分析。结果 本组 36例患者 ,均见左肾静脉受压狭窄 ,狭窄前可见扩张。结论 二维彩色多普勒超声检查是诊断胡桃夹现象的可靠、有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the role and value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of nut cracker syndrome. Methods The ultrasonic features of 36 cases with nut cracker syndrome were analyzed. Results Left renal vein stricture and dilatation of prestricture were present in all 36 cases. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective and reliable method for diagnosing nut cracker syndrome.
