摘要
目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿血浆神经肽Y(NPY)的变化及其临床意义。方法 将 38例HIE分为轻、中、重 3组 ,采用放射免疫法测定 38例HIE和 17例正常新生儿血浆NPY水平。结果 轻、中、重HIE组中 ,血浆NPY水平分别为 (5 4 3.5 8± 4 9.70 )ng/L ,(6 38.81± 4 5 .91)ng/L ,(772 .19± 92 .2 1)ng/L ,3组同正常对照组比较差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 1。中、重度组中 15例恢复期NPY水平 (5 4 3.4 7± 5 7.5 )ng/L较急性期(6 92 .0 5± 85 .84 )ng/L显著降低 ,P <0 .0 1。 结论 NPY在HIE的病理生理改变中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the changes of Neuropeptide Y(NPY) levels in plasma and clinical significance in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Radioimmunoassay method was used to evaluate plasma NPY levels of 38 HIE neonates and 17 normal neonates .The 38 HIE neonates were divided into mild, moderate, and severe groups. Results In the acute phase, plasma NPY levels of infants with mild, moderate, and severe HIE were (543.58±49.70) ng/L,( 638.81± 45.91) ng/L, (772.19± 92.21) ng/L respectively. Compared with the control group, plasma NPY levels of infants in three HIE groups increased significantly (P<0.01). Plasma NPY levels of 15 cases with moderate and severe HIE were lower in the recovery phase (543.47±57.5)ng/L than in the acute phase (692.05±85.84)ng/L,(P< 0.01). Conclusion NPY may play an important role in the pathogenesis of HIE .
