摘要
目的 :观察磷酸化CREB(p CREB)在正常成年大鼠海马结构的表达 .方法 :在多聚甲醛固定的海马脑薄片上 ,用免疫组化SP法和免疫荧光法观察 p CREB在正常成年大鼠海马结构的表达与分布 .结果 :p CREB在正常大鼠海马结构有广泛表达 ,在齿状回表达最强 ,CA3区次之 ,CA1区最弱 .阳性表达主要位于胞核 .结论 :p CREB在海马结构齿状回和CA1区的表达是不同的 .由于CREB参与某些形式的长期记忆 ,本结果提示齿状回和海马CA1区可能在长期记忆中的作用不同 .
AIM: To investigate the expression and distribution of p CREB in the hippocampal formation of adult rats. METHODS: SP immunohistochemical staining and immunofluorescence were performed in paraformaldehyde fixed hippocampal sections. RESULTS: p CREB was expressed throughout the hippocampal formation, with the expression in the dentate gyrus being the highest, CA3 area, the second, and CA1 area, the least. P CREB was also found to have expressed mostly in nucleus. CONCLUSION: The expressions of p CREB are different in the dentate gyrus and CA1 area, suggesting that dentate gyrus and CA1 area may play different roles in long-term memory.
