三七总皂苷对痴呆模型大鼠大脑皮质内神经递质含量的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的 :观察三七总皂苷 (PNS)对痴呆模型大鼠大脑皮质内去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)和 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)含量的影响。方法 :以鹅膏蕈氨酸注入大鼠Meynert基底核建立痴呆模型。 30只实验大鼠随机分为NS组 ;5 0mg·kg-1PNS组和 10 0mg·kg-1PNS组。采用高效液相电化学法测定NE ,DA和 5 HT含量。结果 :10 0mg·kg-1PNS组中 3种递质的含量均高于 5 0mg·kg-1PNS组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而 5 0mg·kg-1PNS组又高于NS组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :PNS能够提高痴呆模型大鼠大脑皮质内NE ,DA和5 AIM:To observe the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on concentrations of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA) and serotonin (5-HT) in brain of model mouse. METHODS: Ibotenic acid was injected into basalis magnocellularis to develop the model. Thirty mice were divided into 3 groups:NS group, 50 mg·kg -1PNS group,100 mg·kg -1PNS group. Concentrations of NE, DA and 5-HT were detected by HPLC with electrochemical detectionmethod. RESULTS: Concentrations of NE, DA and 5-HT in 100 mg·kg -1 group were higher than those in 50 mg·kg -1 group. Concentrations of NE, DA and 5-HT in 50 mg·kg -1 group were higher than those in NS group. CONCLUSION: PNS can increase the concentrations of NE, DA and 5-HT in mouse brain.
