摘要 本文论述了粉煤灰的物理性能、化学成分、矿物组成与黏土的区别,提出了用粉煤灰替代黏土制砖时应掌握在配料、原料处理、成型、干燥、焙烧等生产工艺方面的特点。 The article discussed the difference between fly ash and clay on physical property, chemical composition and mineral constituents, and further pointed out that production characters in the production of fly ash sintered bricks, such as batch mixing, crude materials disposal, forming, desiccation and firing, should be mastered.
