摘要
对振动时效工艺参数的确定方法 ,进行了理论上的比较研究。根据工程力学和振动力学理论 ,振动时效动应力的选择应考虑构件在高频振动时的屈服强度的变化 ,振动频率应考虑残余应力的分布状态和构件的振型 。
General principle of VSR and some technology parameters are analyzed.Based on the theory of engineering mechanics and vibration theory,the change of yield strength of structural part,residual stress distribution and the modes of vibration must be noticed.According to the vibration equation of a system with single degree of freedom,the vibrating time is a single parameter.The mechanism of Vibratory Stress Relief must be researched.
