摘要
目的 :对杂交贝母进行化学成分研究。方法 :采用IR ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR ,2D NMR ,MS及与对照品和文献对照等方法鉴定结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 7个化合物 :湖贝乙素 (hupehenirine ,ZF1) ;湖贝嗪 (hupehenizine ,ZF2 ) ;浙贝乙素 (peiminine ,verticinone ,ZF3) ;湖贝甲素 (hupehenine ,ZF4 )、异浙贝甲素 (isoverticinone ,ZF5 )、浙贝甲素(peimine ,verticine ,ZF6 )、湖贝甲素苷 (hupeheninoside,ZF7) ;结论 :化合物 1~ 7均为首次从杂交贝母中得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of hybridized Bulbus Fritillariae Ussuriensis. Method:The chemical constituents were isolated by silica column chromatography and their structures were identified by physical and chemical eveidences and spectral analysis (IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, 2D NMR, MS). Result:Seven compounds were obtained and identified as (20 S ,25 S )5α,14α,17β cevanine 6β hydroxy 3 one (hupehenirine, ZF1), (20 S ,25 S )5α,14α,17β cevanine 3β hydroxy 6 one (hupehenizine, ZF2), (20 R,25S )5α,14α cevanine 3β,20β dihydroxy 6 one (peiminine, verticinone, ZF3), (20 S,25S )5α,14α,17β cevanine 3β,6β dihydroxy (hupehenine, ZF4), (20 R,25S )5α,14α cevanine 3β,6β,20β trihydroxy (isoverticine, ZF5), (20 R,25S )5α,14α cevanine 3β,6α,20β trihydroxy(peimine,verticine, ZF6), (20 S,25S )5α,14α,17β cevanine 6β hydroxy 3β O β D glucoside(hupeheninoside, ZF7). Conclusion: Compounds ZF1 7 were isolated from hybridized Bulbus Fritillariae Ussuriensis for the first time.
