新生儿脑水肿诊断与治疗的探讨

A probe on the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral edema in neonate

目的探讨新生儿脑水肿与颅内高压的病因学、临床特征和治疗策略。方法对新生儿脑水肿的病因与治疗对策加以分析整理。结果展现新生儿脑水肿与颅内高压的病因学及其治疗对策的最新成果。结论根据新生儿脑水肿与颅内高压的病因学、临床特征,选择有效的治疗方案,对提高该病的治愈率,降低该病的发病率及死亡率有重要意义。

Objective:To systematically review the etioolgy,clinical feature and treatment of cerebral edema and intracranial hypertension in neonate.Methods:Data on cerebral edema in neonate were obtained by review.Etiology and treatment were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable extracted.Conclusion:Accumulating data suggested that selecting optimal treatment according to the etiology and clinical feature of cerebral edema would be of great importance in increasing the cure rate and reducing the morbidity and mortality of cerebral edema in neonate.
