壮阳通络饮对性功能低下小白鼠性活力影响的实验研究

Experimental Study on Sexual Vitality of the Mak Mice with Sexual Dysfunction by Decoction for Strengthening Yang and Clearing Collaterats

通过悬吊应激法造成雄性小白鼠性活力低下,分别给各组小白鼠饮用生理盐水或10％壮阳通络饮或10％龟龄集溶液,观察与雌鼠合笼后雄鼠的交尾潜伏期与骑跨交配雌鼠的次数。结果表明壮阳通络饮可使活力低下小鼠的潜伏期缩短,骑跨交配次数增加,与龟龄集相比,壮阳通络饮的作用更加显著。

The male mice with sexual dgsfumction were modeled with the way of snspension to stress. Three groups were divided and respectively given physiological saline, 10% Decoction for Strengthening Yang and Clearing Collaterals and 10% Guining Powder solition (for strengthening yang ) . The male mice copulative incubation period and straddle copution times were observed after being put togethev in cages with female mice. The results showed that the coputive incubation period of the mice with sexual dysfunction was shortened and the svraddle copution times increased by Decoction for Strengthening Yang and Clearing Collaterals, Oompared with Guining Powder solution in the same concentration, Decoction for Strengthening Yang and Clearing Collaterals has marked effects.
