摘要 目的:探讨电针产生镇痛效应的最佳时段。方法:对大鼠电针Ornin、15min、30min、45min的痛阈进行测定。结果:电针30min大鼠痛阈明显提高。结论:针刺镇痛以大约30min为宜。 Objective To explore the best time when electro acupuncture produces analgesia. Method The pain threshold was detected for 0,15,30 or 45 minutes after the electroacupuncture in rats. Result The pain threshold was enhanced when the electroacupuc-ture lasted 30 minates in rats, conclusions The result shewed that the electroacupuncture should probably last 30 minutes for good analgesia.
