定期租船合同是船舶租用合同的一种,也是运输合同的一种。本文作者从签单的风险、无单放货的风险及船舶被扣押的风险三方面对定期租船合同下出租人的风险进行分析,并对相关规定加以介绍。

Time charter-party is a kind of ships charter-party and a kind of contract of carriage. This paper analyzes the risks that shipowners confront through three aspects including signing bill of lading, delivery without original bill of lading and arresting of ships. Then it sets forth some related regulations. [
