黄世仲“罪案”揭秘——兼与姚福申先生商榷

A Revelation of Huang Shi-zhong's "Criminal Case"——With a Concurrent Discussion with Mr. Yao Fu-shen

当年陈炯明、胡汉民指控黄世仲为所谓“叛军”首领私购枪械的罪名 ,纯属捏造 ;陈炯明拘捕黄世仲 ,是缘于黄世仲领导的督办处民军激烈的“拥孙倒陈”、“拥黄倒陈”举动 ;黄世仲后来未经审讯 ,被胡汉民下令枪杀 ,实与当时广东的政局形势、陈炯明在广东政坛的特殊地位、以及帝制推翻后革命队伍中依然存在的浓厚的封建专制意识有关。认为黄世仲是胡汉民与陈炯明政治斗争牺牲品的观点则缺乏根据。

The accusation against Huang Shi-zhong lodged by Chen Jiong-ming and Hu Han-min that he was head of “rebel forces” and bought weapons secretly is sheer fabrication. The reason why Chen Jiong-ming arrested Huang was that in the area under Huang's supervision there were such radical actions as “For Sun and Against Chen” and “For Huang and Against Chen”. There was no trial of Huang before Hu Han-min ordered the shot of Huang. Huang's case was connected with the then Guangdong political situation,Chen's special position in the Guangdong government,and the strong feudal autocratic ideology remaining in the revolutionary troops after the overthrow of the imperial system. The view that Huang was the victim of the political struggle between Hu and Chen is invalid.
