水产科技资源的理论探讨

本文在扼要论述科技资源的基础上对水产科技资源进行定义,通过把水产科技资源分为水产科技财力、人力、物力和知识信息资源四大类,较为系统的介绍了水产科技资源的主要内容,并阐述了水产科技资源分布上的差异性、系统中的协同性、运动中的规律性、运营中的高增值性、使用和影响的长效性这五个方面的固有属性。

Discussing to the point of science and technology resources, the paper defined resources of fishery science and technology(RFCT) and introduced the main contents of RFCT by four kinds financial resources of fishery science and technology,manpower resources of fishery science and technology,material resources of fishery science and technology, information resources of fishery science and technology. And the paper expatiated the five attributes of RFCT distributing otherness, cooperating with other in the system, rule in movement, high increment in management long effect in use.
