摘要
本文采用束缚浸水造成大鼠惊恐模型,并对其机理进行初步研究。发现惊恐能引起100%的大鼠胃粘膜严重的出血性损伤,能引起胃酸分泌增加,NA和5-HT增加,粘膜AchE和肌层AchE轻度增加,Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活力下降。
Alarmed and panicky model was established through water immersion of restrained rars ,and it's mechanism was researched. The results showed that alarm and panic caused a hundred percent rat gastric mucosa damage; and increase of acid production;NA and 5-HT,It caused light increase of mucosa AchE and muscular AchE as well as decrease of Mg2+-ATP ase activity.
