摘要专业发展学校(the professional development school,简称PDS)的建立是美国教师教育改革的新举措。目前,它已经成为师范生教育实习的基地。本文简要介绍了专业发展学校的教育实习经验,并针对我国高师院校教育实习的现状,阐明了这一实践理念对我国高师院校教育实习实践活动的启示和借鉴意义。
