论环渤海经济区海洋产业的合理布局

Rational Distribution of the Marin Industry in the Areas Around Bohai Sea

本文在分析环渤海经济区发展海洋产业的环境条件、海洋开发中存在问题的基础上,提出按海域、海岛、陆域这三类不同区域布局海洋产业的观点,并分别提出海域、海岛和陆域的布局重点。

The present paper discusses the marin industry rational distribution in the areas around Bohai sea.Based on the understanding of the environmental conditions in the areas around Bohai sea,the author seeks the principle problem in the development of merin reaources,and advances distribution of marin industry in the three kinds of areas(maritime space,island and coastal rogions).The main development for every kind of areas is advanced at the end of this paper.
