从研究教师劳动目的、性质、对象、资料与手段及成果检验等方面的特殊性出发,比较系统地论述了教师职业道德要求,职业道德影响所具有的特殊性,并指出加速教师职业道德建设的特殊重要性。
The article start from the peculiarity of studying the purpose,character,object,material and method of teacher's labor.It elaborate the requirement and special effect of teacher's occupational morality in details.It also points out the special importance of accelerating the construction of teacher's occupational morality.
