YBaCu氧化物超导体稳定性的实验研究

摘要 已获得零电阻温度为96K的YBa_2Cu_3O_x超导体。实验结果发现这个超导体在一年内经过数次从液氮温度到室温的冷热循环和表面结霜处理后,其超导性能基本不变。该样品经高温退火在液氮温度下失超后再次烧结又转变为超导体。 A YBa_2Cu_3O_x superconductor with the zero resistance temperature 96K has been obtained.Results show that the sample does not change its superconductivity after a number of such treatments in one year as it is cooled with liquid nitrogen and them warmed to the room temperature and its surface is covered with frost.The sample has been treated with high temperature then it loses superconductivity at liquid nitrogen temperature.It again becomes a superconductor after the second time siter.
